Giovanna Zac is a professional make up artist with over 8 years of industry experience.

She specializes in beauty, fashion, music and editorial work. Her passion for the old and modern arts is part of her inspiration.

Born in Italy, daughter of a well renowned roman artist, Giovanna has grown up in a world surrounded by art, colours and images. A world where impressionism meets abstract, and together, with artists such as Ugo Moretti, Ennio Calabria and Gianni De Feo, they have helped influence her into developing her own unique make up signature.

Her style can be at times bright yet edgy and borders on theatrical. She always achieves a sophisticated Italian feel to the look, with special attention to detail.

She loves to experiment with colours, lights and texture to find harmonious ways to create shapes, movement and energy, but also to blend together art and fashion as one existing dynamic space.

Every single project is a growing experience of knowledge, ideas and creativity. To work with great designers and photographers is overwhelming, innovating but refreshing.

Giovanna Zac is currently working between UK and Italy and has worked for: Lancome, Estee Lauder, Mac, Stila, Prescriptive, Urban Decay, YSL, Laura Mercier and Bobby Brown.

She has also worked on numerous fashion, editorial and runway photo shoots such as the Bafta’s, LFW, X Factor, Valentino and Fashion TV.
